About Us

The Site Tech Company Inc. was founded in march 1992 by George R. Hamm with 30+ years experience in construction techniques, design, estimating, and inspection. Multiple million dollar jobs have been supervised to ascertain compliance with standards and specifications for the jobs. Quantities were verified, materials were tested, and on-site engineering changes were initiated. Through this background and experience the idea for The Site Tech Company Inc. was born.

The Site Tech Company Inc. was established to provide an affordable, accurate, computerized site take off, design, and estimating service. The latest in Agtek computerized equipment and software provide our clients with complete plan view, profile, and typical section graphical information. Takeoff accuracy is one of the most important elements in determining quantities, materials, and site verification. Additional services include constructability analysis, and interface exchange with jobs utilizing CAD programs.

The Site Tech Company Inc. staff has 55+ years experience in the construction field. Our employees rely on this experience to provide prompt and accurate turnaround on projects. Experience in design of site plans for small projects, erosion and sediment control structures, site and verification surveys for construction in addition to our site takeoffs provide our clients optimum information.

Since conception, our company has assisted contractors, engineers and developers with detailed takeoffs for construction projects ranging from simple lot grading to complex highway, subdivisions, and municipal projects. Our clients have been provided with preliminary grading take-offs to enhance their planning and better utilize on site resources. In conjunction with these services, we provide verification of sites comparing existing topography to design which minimizes discrepancies and provides improved accuracy in projects.

In addition to our services above we provide on site pond and lake structural analysis of existing earth and drainage structures from seepage, incorrectly designed hydraulics and general pond maintenance problems. Our experience goes back as far as the mid 70's working with the federal government in construction of PL-566 flood control structures.
